"Wonderful hotel and lovely staff. Very well maintained. My only gripes are that if there is a function on, there will be music playing until midnight. We had to ask for it to be quietened down which the staff tried to remedy almost immediately and things were better. There isnt a reception phone in the room and no fridge. Apart from that it is a wonderful place and the onsite pub is lovely. We will be back. "

"Beautiful victorian buildings which was so tastefuly decorated and so luxurious. Our bedroom no.5 was stunning and loved the wall paper. Must find where to purchase. The staff were so friendly and very tentative. It was our anniversary and there was a card left in our room when we arrived, very nice touch. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast which was delicious. Loved the pizzas, lamb and beef burgers all homemade fab. Walked 35 minutes to Gunwalk keys along the sea front lovely strole....

Very enjoyable stay......again
"We only stayed one night, but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were very varied and well prepared. Also, we unfortunately discovered that we had left some items at the hotel when we got home. We contacted the hotel, and the front office staff were really helpful. They looked into the matter, found the items, and notified us. It was such a relief, and their great service much appreciated. That was our second visit and we will certainly stay again. "
