A lovely villa which is really well appointed.

Great villa in a superb location about 5 minutes from Cortona. Francesca and the team couldn’t have been helpful and the villa was perfect. Really well appointed, with a fantastic pool and peace and quiet. Three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious lounge area with satellite tv. Excellent WiFi throughout the house and it even reached the garden for listening to the radio or streaming tv if needed (the Wimbledon final for sample). The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need, albeit the on-stove kettle took a few attempts to master!! An abundance of wild life, we saw everything from deer to wild boar and the worlds supply of butterflies which our daughter adored. We did day trips to Siena, Orvieto and Florence which were all easily within just over an hours drive away. This is the third time we’ve been to Umbria and Tuscany and this villa was probably the best so far. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
