"The room was spacious, there was no 24/7 reception so the staff asked about our check-in timings and waited for our arrival to give us administrative instructions. The accommodation was on the 2nd floor of a building with a small elevator for us to bring our luggages up. It was located in a fantastic part of Florence with many shops and eateries around which were open till night. The shower head shared the same space as the toilet bowl so that needed some getting used to."

"The property was very unique in its style. The staff were very friendly and gave us a map and information about places to eat. There was a kettle and a selection of teas and coffee which was a bonus. The only thing that I would criticise is the pillows. The pillow was extremely hard and I had to replace it with the towels because I could not sleep."

"the hotel is gorgeous with beautiful rooms, a nice common living space and kitchenette with free water, coffee, teas (free water is practically a luxury in Europe). The building itself has the tiniest elevator I’ve ever seen, only one of us with a suitcase fit at a time and we were dropped off right at the door and still thought we were in the wrong place because the sign was just a small brass plaque that we didn’t notice at first. Location otherwise is good though, we walked to San Marco...

"Very convenient to the central tourist area. Easily walkable to most things. Room was small as we didn't use the small loft. Shower was very small and the door did not work very well. Check-in is at the Hotel Venito, which is a short walk away. That hotel is easier to find than where you will actually stay. Overall, fine for our purposes. "

"Great location, in the city center, walking distance to most of the attractions, 15-20 minutes to the train station. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Checking out early was possible and easy. Online self-checkin could be troublesome. The video instructions on how to get into the room should be updated as the black box on the wall has been changed to a white box. But Stefanie was very patient and helpful. She responded to any of our questions timely. Thanks!"

There was a lot of noise from the street with our particular room, but I feel that comes from being in a busy area. Very clean, even having to share a bathroom with others. Check in is a little confusing. Initially, finding it is challenging. A good way to remember is it is across and down from the Korean restaurant. Breakfast has some frustrations. "Property did not have amenities advertised such as the gym, spa, or air conditioning. The staff gave excuses why they didn’t have. Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no. If you advertise it and I buy it, you need to provide it or refund the money you took by false advertising. "
