"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. Yes, you are staying on a boat however, they make sure you are able to get to your car at whatever time to make it to work at whatever time day or night with free overnight parking. I was a little skeptical at first with it being off of land and out of the ordinary but they made sure it was accommodating for me. They provided disaster relief free...
