"The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. "Everything was as it seemed inside unit! The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. Strong smell of dog urine. Inside unit however was clean and perfect. No off putting odors!"

"We visited on a very cold winter weekend. The apartment was freezing when we got there but we were soon able to warm it up and enjoy. Accidentally blew a fuse with the space heater and kitchen appliances but the owner took care of it right away. Ample street parking, short drive from downtown. Highly recommend the National Comedy Museum!"

"We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!"

"This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. Not recommended for anyone with toddlers or senior citizens, who can’t climb a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The...

"For the 3 of us, it was great. We enjoyed the Presque isle hiking trails, kayaking and boat tour spread out over 3 days. Local meadery was a nice find. Campfire Friday and Saturday nights. Place was clean, had everything needed in the kitchen, we did one load of laundry, nice to go back with clean clothes."

Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts."
