"Although the property is very close to the interstate highway and our room faced the highway, once the door was closed there was very little noise. Once inside the room it is as good as any two-star hotel, with plenty of hot water, a mini-fridge, clean towels and bedsheets. There was a minimal free breakfast available--coffee, danish, cereal, and bananas. I only saw one staff person doing the check-in, cleaning the rooms, etc. She was very friendly and helpful. "It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. "This hotel was the nicest one we have ever stayed at in the area. The room was above our expectations and the pool was divine! Nothing beats it for the price. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great ( ate myself sick on those waffles lol). My biggest complaint was we wished the tvs were a bit more modern in the room, at least a Roku fire stick so we could watch some YouTube on it. But that is likely just the gen z talking. Very nice and we will come again on our next vacation in the area."
