"This cottage is exactly what we were after when visiting. The check in process is very easy, clean and very homely. We hired a car as when booking we knew we wanted to be a bit out of the way but this ended up being central for everything we wanted to do for our stay. We would stay here again as it really did feel like a home away from home! "

"Very nice place to stay while in Fort Augustus. House is nicely appointed with everything you need and comfortable bed."

"The home was perfect for our large group travelling with small children. Location was good, quiet and lots of room and toys for the children to play with. Large kitchen and great to have two fridges, outside deck was very nice to watch sunset, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious, but the floors upstairs were quite squeaky. There was no WiFi, which we didn't realize until we got there."

"The Highland Bear Lodge is a peaceful retreat in the Inverness Highlands. It is a must stay! We had a wonderful time! The Lodge is picturesque and idyllic. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return some day. I highly advised you to build in a day of rest at this wonderful location.There is a lot to see in the highlands as well, but the lodge is worth the time! 100% would recommend this amazing venue. Thank you for such wonderful service, clean comfortable room, and the coziest front patio, with the best views of Scotland! Thank you again! "
