"Its a little bit of a challenge to get to the place, but well worth it when you arrive! You will have to catch a bus up that drops you off about a half mile from the b&b. You could also get a taxi. The view is amazing and Bruno the chef will treat you so well. "

"To start communication was prompt and comprehensive. This out of the way hotel with its own private garden is far from the sounds of the city center and just a 2 minute walk from shops and dining. The room was clean and well laid out and the service was first rate. I was concerned about not having cell coverage to connect to their system, however it was not an issue. "The room was comfortable and conveniently located in beautiful Vernazza !! The customer service and communication with the cinque terre team was great ! Vernazza in general would be difficult for someone with physical limitations - steps and stairs - we managed ok at 64 and 61 years old . "
