"The hotel is published as a 4* while the truth is 3* & they’re hiding the sign behind a statue in reception so nobody can notice the deceiving but what they can’t hide is the hotel conditions that say exactly it’s a 3* hotel if not less. Swimming pool is very dirty & in a very bad & disgusting condition and need a serious renovation. Just have to stay that first if all, as me and my girlfriend went there not knowing and until 1am every night there is loads music blarring which can be heard all around the resort The place is amazing, so clean and the staff are fantastic! "The room was big and nice. The wifi was only available at the lobby. There were few restaurant close by so we ended up eating at the same place twice. There was a misunderstanding about the payment for the room but Aladin, the owner was very professional and did not only take the time to take me to his office and show me the room was not paid for but he drove us not only to the ATM since we had run out of money but he also gave us a ride to the airport since our driver did not show up."
