"This is a party hotel! Just have to stay that first if all, as me and my girlfriend went there not knowing and until 1am every night there is loads music blarring which can be heard all around the resort The place is amazing, so clean and the staff are fantastic! The food is amazing, all the restaurants were stunning, the beaches nearby are beautiful - cant say enough have amazing the place is, just the music pumping to the early hours was the bad bit for us, we did a couple of trips to Cairo...

"I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. "The room was big and nice. The wifi was only available at the lobby. There were few restaurant close by so we ended up eating at the same place twice. There was a misunderstanding about the payment for the room but Aladin, the owner was very professional and did not only take the time to take me to his office and show me the room was not paid for but he drove us not only to the ATM since we had run out of money but he also gave us a ride to the airport since our driver did not show up."

Swimming pool is very dirty & in a very bad & disgusting condition and need a serious renovation. Rocky beach & very small, while it’s allowed to use the sister neighbor hotel beach but you won’t be served. Animation can’t be seen except for few times to switch on music in the morning & just evening show then nothing but it can be understood while almost 90% of the guest are very old people. Meals are almost the same. Staff in bars & restaurants look annoyed or angry when you go to ask for something while they have a wide smile for foreigners or girls. Rooms need serious renovation."
