"The hotel was very close to the train station and close to pubs and restaurants. Our room was lovely and clean and relatively quiet. The staff were helpful and polite. We had dinner in the bar and it was lovely. Would definitely stay here again"

Very clean and 5 minutes walk to the Metro Centre. Hotel has a bar and grill. Food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely go there again if I was visiting Newcastle. "

"Staying after working for an event in the city & decided to stay in the quay. Malmaison is lovely- beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The bar is great with a huge choice of beverages, the barman took time to chat and ask about your day. Breakfast was great! Staff at breakfast were really friendly, chatty and attentive. "
