"Olga was very friendly upon our arrival, a little tight parking but located right in town convenient to everything. Went to see an opera at the Arena di Verona in the Roman amphitheater and it was spectacular. Perfect stay with great restaurants, cafes and bars right on our doorstep."

"I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona! "

"Hotel Campo Marzio is the only place I’ll stay in Vicenza. The staff is awesome! Everything I needed, day or night, they provided. They even helped by making phone calls for me to find yoga studios and see if restaurants were open for me. The accommodations were excellent. I got the cheapest room available because I was traveling on a budget, but it was spacious and comfortable. I’m sure that the more expensive rooms and the suites are truly luxurious. The breakfast was awesome! I filled up on great food and the staff served me tableside with whatever great espresso drinks I requested—and I requested a lot of drinks! "
