"Stunning. An amazing hotel / villa, set in beautiful surroundings. Massive thanks to all the team at Villa dei Gelsi; everyone was so helpful and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and on several occasions they went above and beyond what would be expected. Our room was very nice and was cleaned and turned over daily. Breakfast time was a treat too; the wonderful chef cooked in an open kitchen and prepared whatever you desired each day (the menu was just a guide ... just ask and you will receive). In addition there was a beautifully set out and substantial continental style breakfast table too. The location although stunning, was a 25 minute walk into Verona. This was fine for our stay, but in reality, it was necessary to take a taxi into Verona on several days; however, this was all arranged by the team at Villa dei Gelsi using their account with the local taxi company. Highly recommended hotel / villa. "
