"Staff at reception were so helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel is in the perfect location for central station if you want to do a lot of travelling whilst in Milan. Large, modern rooms. Breakfast had a great choice. Lovely area to sit in. They just need to make sure the hot food is hot. We were the first at breakfast before 7am one day and the eggs were cold. Water should be replenished as there was only one little bottle when we arrived. "

I really enjoyed the bar area for a glass of prosecco in the evening and cappuccino in the morning. The people are a little bristly but that’s Milan in general. "
