"While our room was not available when we arrived 1 1/2 hours after check-in, the young man helping us at the counter was a great help. When we asked about possibly moving to another available room, he made a call and came back with a wonderful response saying that he didn't want us to have to wait for our room. Very personable person and made sure we were not inconvenienced at all. Room was cleaned daily and the staff did a wonderful job. Will definitely return to this hotel if in area as it is so close to the Ark Encounter and the Mexican restaurant in hte parking lot is an added bonus too. We didn't try the daily breakfast so I can't comment on that, but overall, we recommend the stay."
