"This hotel has seen better days. Room had an odor and furniture well worn. "

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"

"I reserved and paid for ahead of time through Expedia for two nights the luxury room with two queen beds. Upon arrival I was given a room that we could not get into because it was an adjoining room and the prior occupants had flipped the security latch over that is on the inside of the door that prevents people from coming in. The room he sent us to next was small with two standard beds. The AC had not been turned on and the refrigerator did not work. I went up to the front desk and explained the situation and he said he would move us to a different room. He asked me to follow him to look at the room because he did not want to continue to move me from room to room. So room number three was exactly the same set up as room number two. Then he suggested I go to a standard room with one bed. At that point we had spent way too much time walking around this hotel while he tried to put me in every room other than what I had purchased. He told me because I booked through Expedia. I would only get a standard room or basically just get whatever they had available because Expedia does not forward the booking information to them that the only information they get is that I booked a room. I have used Expedia They are awesome and I have never had a problem before at any hotel that I have booked through them. He said in the future, I need to call the hotel directly if I want to make sure and get the proper room. It was a terrible experience."

"Overall a great place to stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed at a great price. No problem finding free parking on the street. The one glitch was when we arrived after dark. There were no lights on at the front of the unit. We couldn’t even see the house number without entering the gate and going up the dark stairs. There are two light fixtures on either side of the door. However, these were either not working, or turned off. The entrance should be lit up for convenience and safety. Other than that, great stay. "
