"I highly recommend any property by Matt and his team. We didn’t stay at this property, so I can’t speak directly to this house. We had a last minute issue that wasn’t anyone’s fault and Matt’s team was incredibly helpful and accommodating! The house we did stay at was beautiful, clean, and they were extremely helpful when we had one minor issue with the dishwasher. "Our stay was very comfortable, we were a party of 12. Each area was very spacious, and super clean. The pool had warm water, which was a plus in these days that it was chilly in Florida. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and the soccer field area. We did outside barbeque, in the outdoor area which was super enjoyable. The pool table was a plus for all the adults."

"Place was good for us. Pretty clean and comfortable. Could use some minor repairs. Cabinet hinges need tightening and adjustment. Nothing a screwdriver and a set of hex wrenches couldn't fix. Rather austere in terms of decorating so a bit sterile. Had some billing issues with the resort, extra charges, but the host was very prompt with getting it taken care of. Good communication and very flexible."

Plenty of outside furniture. Large grill, frig outside also. Awesome patio area. All around SPECTACULAR!!!!"
