"We were grateful for the room up grade with a beautiful wrap around view of the lagoon and downtown Miami. The service was awesome especially our bartender Rosen at the Blue Lagoon Saloon! Also Murad and Sam at the Herb'n Kitchen were great! The only negatives are: Water in the room was $8 a bottle, it should be complimentary, period! And parking was pricy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!"

"This was our first visit, when we first came into our room, the toilet was clogged. The pool times needs to be longer and should have a set time instead of saying dusk/dawn. Also, we do believe that it would be incredibly beneficial to have either an elevator or a large ramp to get to the second floor for people with disabilities. But other than that, our stay was really good, and our sleep was great. The room, pillows, and blankets were cold for a great sleep after a hot day. The people in the front office are incredibly kind and extremely helpful. Overall, we did enjoy our stay! "
