"This property is quite lovely. It was very clean with plenty of space and decent amenities. Every interaction I had with the staff in the front office was very positive. The only thing I found a bit strange was the specific request required from the room to the front office for the kitchen items (ie pots/pans/cooking utensils/coffee maker/etc) that are typically already offered in the room upon arrival. This seems unique to this particular ESA property though.
Some additional amenities that would be nice include a pool, gym, and complete breakfast (hot food items like pancakes/eggs/bacon along with fruit and cereal). Some nice added options for the TV would be Netflix/Hulu/YouTube. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"Location was great, lots to do and the hotel is clean and well equipped with what you’d need otherwise you’ll find things all around. All the staff were fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Alyssa, when my AC went out she sprung into action fast and made sure I was made comfortable. It’s wonderful that Hyatt hires people they trust and you’re not waiting on some chain to decide if I can have AC or not. Super happy with my experience and will be back! "
