"An ADA room should have a walk in shower. The bathtub was to hard to get into"

"There are a large selection of houses which make up the hotel (indeed, much of downtown Rhinebeck) and I would have benefitted from knowing more about the choices."

"I would not stay here."

"This is a very nicely renovated property and right on the Hudson but I found the contactless approach to management odd as applied to this situation, such as demanding information on each person staying in the room, but with any personal presence from the owners. And note the trains are not just loud but very loud."

My negative comments are very minor and picky but if these few adjustments are made it would be absolutely perfect. Breakfast was...

"My floor was under renovation and it was definitely disruptive. I would have liked it better if I didn’t feel like I was disrupting the workers"

"I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...
