"Host was amazing! Condo was clean and had everything needed. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful listening to the waves. Location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. "

"I had to check into 3 different rooms and none of them were habitable. The 1st one had a broken toilet, the 2nd one was being painted, the 3rd one had bedbugs. I had to leave the hotel and book elsewhere. The front desk would not give a refund. "

"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not work the television itself, we had to turn it on and off by the button on the device."

"From check in to check out everything was excellent! The host are quick to respond to any questions you may have and the price was very reasonable.The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. The lake view and sounds of the waves were exactly what I needed. The condo was stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Pool towels where available for the pool!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Kathy and Bill for a great stay!! We have nothing but great things to say."
