"Clean"

"Staff were good. Friendly. Helpful. The room seemed clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not that good. Ran out of coffee (2 empty carafes) and eggs. Pancakes did not cook thoroughly. No cream cheese for the bagels. Parking was not good. There was not enough space and one of the areas is across the street. "

"Only complaint was the overwhelming smell of curry in the hallway from the restaurant but the room was mostly ok. Breakfast was convenient, typical hotel breakfast but liked the yogurt and cereal options. Staff were friendly and attentive. "

"I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did the rug. We had asked for a room close to the elevater as my sister is disabled and she sent us to the last room at the end of the hall. We had to be .moved.when leaving the hotel there was a small lip on the walkway which is not up to code and my sister fell and broke her ankle. Needless to say we were not thrilled with your accommodation. We will decide if any further action will be taken from our lawyer s."

"Room was relatively clean, found some dog hairs on the chair. The pillows need to be replaced, really uncomfortable .Lots of light coming through both windows. Made it hard to sleep. Early morning car engine noise was super annoying. Breakfast was not good. Scrambled eggs had been out for a long time or overcooked. Ham was also dry. "
