"Check-in took a little longer than expected, but overall the property was very clean and looked new. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen, which we really appreciated. While the suite was smaller than the Homewood Suites by Hilton we usually stay at when travelling, it was very well laid out and had all the amenities we needed and more. I would have preferred a bit more living space, but the kitchen setup made up for it. We’ll definitely stay again, as it’s one of the few places that offers such a nice in-room kitchen experience. The bed was very comfortable, which for me is key. Don't have a great area to take your dog for a walk, but they do have an area for dogs to go to the washroom. There is a great dog park though that is a 5 min drive away, which I highly recommend."

"Very simple accommodation but served its purpose. Building quiet and secure. Bedding and towels fine and fridge and microwave good. I did note that the kitchenette did not include a kettle or coffee maker but did not see warning that it had no dishes or utensils. Problem solved by a visit to a nearby discount store but people should bring such items with them, along with dish detergent."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel room itself was disappointing. Very run down, stains on the couch, marks on the wall, water damage near the ceiling. The bedding was very thin and not comfortable, the bed itself was comfy. The shower rarely got hot/warm. The floor outside of the elevator on floor 2 felt very sketchy like it was going to cave in soon. There was lots of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not love that I had a room with an adjoining door to another room as I was traveling alone and staying for a week. The room was a suite and had a sink and microwave but there was nothing to wash dishes with, wipe the counter etc I had to go out and buy my own. Previous experiences I have had that in a suit with a mini kitchen. "

"I'm not familiar with Sudbury, but this property feels like it's in a sketchy part of town. Under a bridge and beside a rail yard, I had to drive around a dozen people wandering around in the street outside a centre offering services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction just to get to the hotel. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have found a different place to stay. The parking lot is pretty beaten up, the lobby looks tired and the elevator is quite worn. The room was mediocre. In-room coffee, but all the supplied pods were decaf. Bathroom exhaust fan was super loud. Bathroom was very small. All night, there was banging outside my window like somebody was throwing something heavy into a garbage bin. Not a horrible experience, but low-grade ick."
