"Room was clean"

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"Very bad experience. Do not recommend. The staff was very disrespectful from the start. The bathroom was blocked and the toilet did not go down. Nobody came to fix it. The linens were not clean."

"Clean and comfortable. The ptac unit didn't work and they moved me to another room."

"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! And the place was really clean. honestly that would have been more than enough for me but the treatment by the hosts was superb. They were so attentive and considerate really going above and...

"HVAC needs cleaning, whole room was covered in dust after one night of running the fan."

"It was clean like they said, no TV in bedroom, just living area. No special TV options. If you wanted your car parked in the garage, a 'robot' parks it, not a person. This was not clarified. Got my bill, and the bill had a charge listed three times for parking, for only a one night stay for one car. Very frustrating. The room however was clean, neat, size was ok for a one night stay. It was nice with a small kitchenette to for use. Not sure I will stay there again"

"Great staff that’s responsive to your requests."

"Easy check in and check out. Free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. The only thing that was difficult was that we had a lot of road noise outsode our room that lasted late into the night and started up super early in the morning. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but is something to be aware of."

"Great location as we we’re going to the eastern penitentiary for a Halloween event and it was a five minute walk. The only problem is that there’s no on-site parking which I knew and you can do paid parking just out front or you can go to a lot just around the corner. It was no big deal and I was prepared. The staff was amazing. The rooms were big and clean and nice. I would highly recommend this hotel."
