"We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. "

"My daughter and I had an amazing trip. The staff are very welcoming. We were there celebrating her birthday, and Carlos Reyes and Francisco Frances went above and beyond to make her day special. They gave us a cake and balloons 🎉 Thank you for your hospitality "
