"Everything was excellent, prompt responses prior to our holiday, very accommodating on our arrival. Nice surprise of drinks in the fridge. Easy access to the pool. Host was excellent & living locally would have been on hand if needed, (but nothing for him to attend to). We had everything needed in the kitchen & washing machine was a handy extra. Cabanas on your doorstep but nice and quiet when we got back. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks."

"We have stayed in condo rentals all over the world and they were all equipped with extra sheets, blankets and towels. Unfortunately, this place had no extra sheets, most of the pillowcases were too small for the pillows and there were no blankets. The top covers on the beds were extremely thin and there was only 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels. Since we were there February and March, it was very cold, especially at night and the heating units were located high on the walls, so all the heat was near the ceiling, not where it was needed. There was no iron or ironing board. The kitchen was adequately equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans but only one towel for drying dishes. There was no coffee table in front of the sofa so no place to put drinks while watching t.v. We enjoyed Portugal and will probably return next winter but will be looking for a different place to stay."

"Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!"

"It was off season but still had options for where to eat, shop, and to go sightsee. The taxi company they use are good and reasonably priced for when the buses weren't available. The staff were super helpful and helped me make the most of my stay. I really enjoyed it and plan to return there in the future. "
