"Overall a good experience,location amazing, staff on the whole friendly but a few things needed attention Bathroom Sink was not clean on arrival wiped ourselves first day but after that spotless also had to request non slip mat for shower in bath which should be standard Lovely room but seam of wallpaper had come away just need pasting down Fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff would recommend overall good experience in the hotel"

"Pros: Room was clean, shower was great, location was brilliant as it was right next to Porta Susa station, staff were helpful with my questions, breakfast was decent too. Cons: The AC was not working in the sense that it was too hot! I tried a few times to reduce the temp at night but it kept blowing hot air and wasn’t a comfortable sleep because of that. Otherwise can’t complain."

"It has an elegant and vintage vibe to it, very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, efficient, but not intrusive. I would give the highest praise to the breakfasts, they were the best meals that we had in Torino and fueled us for a better part of our days. The hotel was also well located, a walking distance to many of the points of interest and close to both railroad terminals. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but met our needs."
