Welcome to 'Our Home', an authentic oasis of elegance in the heart of the historic centre of Como, located halfway between the picturesque Piazza Cavour and the lively Piazza Volta. This delightful flat offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty and unique atmosphere of this charming city on Lake Como.
Despite its central location, the flat is surprisingly quiet, offering you peace and privacy. We are on the fourth floor, but dining on the terrace with a view over the rooftops is worth the effort of taking the stairs!

The bedroom offers a comfortable bed that will give you a restful night's sleep and is the ideal place to wake up and admire the morning light coming in through the window overlooking the balcony.
The bathroom offers everything you need for a comfortable daily routine. Soft towels and body care products are provided for your comfort.
The furnished loft is an ideal place to read a good book or simply relax.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax, 3€ per day per person except exemptions. Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a "house book" with useful information for the house and stay.
