The building lies in the old Cortesella neighbourhood, right in the middle of the historical centre of Como, a short walk from Piazza Cavour and Piazza Volta in the heart of the city, and the lake ferry station. Also, at walking-distance you will find the Trenitalia train station that will connect you to Milan with 1-hour trips or the bus station if you prefer. A few minutes’ walk and you reach the Duomo, piazza San Fedele and the Teatro Sociale, the historic city theatre.
