"Nice hotel in a convenient location, my only complaint was that the room was cold and when I asked about it I was told the heating doesn’t come on until 6pm. Unfortunately the heating didn’t seem to come on at any time of dayl, We visited early April."

"Overall good experience we had a pleasant stay The hotel is conveniently located and the big bonus is the in house basement parking (at an extra cost ) a couple of comments Could not change settings on the Airconditioning ,the water bottles on a two night stay were not replenished same with towels ."

"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. "I didnt like that we had to pay for parking I wasn't given information on wifi The fire alarm going off at 1am Children running round the corridor at 3.30am Even tho check out at 11am,the car had to be moved by 10am. Awful nights sleep Awful welcome,awful stay"

"So much character, a really charming hotel. Staff are so attentive and reception were so welcoming and helpful. Room is big and everything you need! Location was also perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh produce and variety. Cocktail were also great, just maybe a little slow. Bed was sooo comfy as well! Overall, a really really wonderful stay. Would 1000% recommend, and will be back !! "
