"Very disappointing service. No staff available on the premises for any imminent help needed. I was given a phone number to call for if I needed anything a person in charge would come to the house. Bedroom with no TV, itchy beds and poor set of sheets and towels, no hot water, no soap, and no shampoo in the bathroom. The place is rather scary at night and is not inviting for a walk around the neighborhood. There is nothing around at a walking distance, so you need a car, period. Locals do...
