"Good location, clean and safe."

"I always stay here when I travel to Fond du Lac because it's clean & affordable. This time there were a couple of things in the room that I was in that should be addressed but nothing that will keep me from returning. The beds were a little far from the nightstand. *I'm a CPAP user & this caused me to pull the CPAP off when I rolled over. *There is a cover over the box spring that was pulled up under the mattress causing the box spring to be exposed. *A wall in the bathroom was dirty & damaged. *The shower curtain! This isn't unique to this hotel. Hotels need to stop using the thin cloth curtain. Water always leaks out causing a puddle, slip hazard & potential law suit. *There was a young man at the front desk, I wish I would have gotten his name, that was awesome!"

"Enjoyed our weekend getaway. The cabin is cozy and well appointed. Nice touches everywhere that say the hosts care about our comfort and have anticipated our needs. We used the cabin as a base of operations for an active weekend of hiking and geocaching the area -- I didn't budget enough time to enjoy the available cabin amenities like the fire pit or the canoe! Next time!"

"good: breakfast was plentiful and full. staff were very friendly. everything was honestly fine except... bad: everything had a film of grime on it, pretty dirty unfortunately. maybe I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have my toddler around but even the chairs in the breakfast area were covered in grime. was it butter? I don't know."

"Tiki Beach Resort. Road 2 Hours to Hotel to have owners claim that Hotels.com has scammer that is booking their resort without their knowledge. Said that cabin I paid for on Hotels.com was not available. The owners felt bad for me and were going to get me lodging. First, stating they were putting me in a nicer property closer to my destination. But ultimately provided a room in motel further from my destination and way less expensive than what I paid for. I thanked them for the offer. But said I’m not going to be further from my Destination. And that I would get refund for the Resort. They stated they would work with Hotels.com"
