There was no breakfast bar or free coffee. The prices were more than expected since there was no microwave in the room. Parking was horrible and expensive. You can get a pass for 34.00 and day which lets you come and go at will.

The bathtub was broken and so was the sink the staff was great and the air didn't work in the bar.

Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel
We stayed in a nicely appointed Jr suite. Room was clean and comfortable and spacious for our weekend stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Starbucks in the building was a bonus! Only constructive criticism would be, to charge for parking & WiFi on top of suite rate is excessive.

Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present ...
