"The property was conveniently located and very clean. The instructions to enter the unit were detailed and accurate and the host was quickly responsive to our questions. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of clean towels and pillows. It was nice to have off street parking to leave our car and the neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet, being a low traffic area. We had a blast!"

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside

8/10 Good
"We stayed for one night and had a generally pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the staff. The team member who greeted us at check‑in was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which set a positive tone for our stay. That said, the hotel itself shows its age. The hallway and our room felt dated, with worn carpeting that appeared tired and almost dirty. The room’s design and furniture also looked noticeably aged and in need of refresh. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight. The staff preparing and serving the meal did an excellent job, and the food was surprisingly tasty. Overall, the service was great, but the property would benefit from some updates to match the quality of the staff."

"This was an excellent stay, and I have stayed in many locations. Booking was straightforward. The venue needed to change - mine was a last moment booking - but an alternative was found and I was offered to proceed or be refunded. The property was very well kept and easy to access. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom spotless. To be honest, no faults, only praise. Wish every place was like this and the service likewise. Would definitely use again."
