If you plan to stay at this Woodspring Suites location, you'll need to have the mindset of temporarily moving into a studio apartment. There are people, and staff, that live here. You'll need low light lamps and comfortable chairs ( I brought folding camping chairs). I also brought my full size air fryer because there's no oven, only a two-burner electric stovetop. Additionally, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are not provided. The freezer has ice trays, so no industrial ice machine is on site.
Almost all of the staff were all smiles and ready to help, no matter the time of day or night. Although my smoking room wasn't ready until two and a half hours after the 3 pm check-in time, it was clean and smelled wonderful!

The hotel was ok but I was on the first floor where the laundry room is located and there was a lot of traffic! It was noisy and had a funny smell to the hotel hallway. The door in my room had a big crack in it by the hinges. The tube had a few hairs in it! The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so I had to wait for the mirror to defog in order for me to do my hair!
The staff was super polite.
Prior to arriving I read the reviews and I must say the negative reviews that I read was not my experience. Maranda the safety person who checked me in gave me no opportunity to ask a question she knew exactly the questions that I wanted to answered and I was very pleasantly surprised o complimented her on her efficient. I felt like being at home. Aussa the General Manager who I interacted with showed her vast experience and she was very pleasant in dealing with my needs. Thanks. Cathy the house keeper had a motherly approached even in her voice and made me feel like home away from home. A big thank you for my experience and stay keep up the good work ladies.
Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car
