Whether you’re working from home or hosting, this level provides everything you need in style and privacy.

Third Level: The R&R Retreat

The expansive primary bedroom provides a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Consider this bathroom an oasis of elegance, featuring an oversized glass marble shower, with built-in seating, a double vanity sink, and 6ft mirror.

Across the hall, the secondary bedroom offers a serene space with a king-sized bed and stunning views of the beautifully landscaped common area courtyard. It also includes its own en suite bathroom with a full bath.

Just outside the secondary bedroom, you'll find a stackable washer and dryer behind the closet door.

- Pets are prohibited at this location.

- No Parties. This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for the safety of all parties. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.

- No Smoking in the property or on the premises. This home is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $500 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.

- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.

- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.

- Please note that any reservations for 30 nights or more require a signed rental agreement to finalize the reservation.
