Very Charming House
Ralph is a wonderful host, quick to answer questions or concerns. Bedrooms are all very comfortable and house very quiet. We stayed there for the Quarter Congress. I will book again for next year.

We came to see the Columbus zoo and this was a great property for us as a base of operations. We also went to capital COSI It was very close. If you’re looking for a place that has great access to downtown and good food in the area. But it’s also tucked away on a beautiful little street the place is perfect

Cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable
We stayed here for a reunion and it was perfect. Close to downtown dining and a quiet little neighborhood nook. We enjoyed watching the olympics and going to bed early. Comfy beds all around, very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend for anyone visiting columbus and wanting to avoid the downtown madness!

Good Points: Price was fair. House was clean. Home is located on nice and quiet block. / Issues: 1st Floor Bathroom is extremely small with a tiny sink. Wood Floors make very loud creaking sounds . Upstairs bathroom needs some minor repair ( paint peeling, shower drain needs cleaning (water goes down too slow when showering. Toilet seat not secure. ( My overall score is a 2.5 )

Perfect!
Ralph’s cozy two-story home was perfect for a weekend trip with friends to Columbus. The house was clean, stocked with necessary amenities, situated in a pleasant neighborhood, and was the perfect size for my group of six. Can’t reccomend enough!

Perfect place
This was the second time I have stayed here in 3 months. A very clean and well appointed space in a nice neighborhood close to most everything. I came with friends and then family. Ralph was extremely quick in responding to any questions. Overall very happy with this house!

House is exactly as described, beautiful house inside and out, inside decore is very nice, beds are very comfortable along with the furniture. Owner responded quickly to any and all messages i sent, they even messaged me some recommendations for restaurants and places to go around columbus. Great parking, overall very enjoyable stay in a beautiful house. I would recommend staying here, if we are in columbus again we would love to stay here again.Thank you.

Perfect for friends getaway
This was a charming house to stay when we were in Columbus for the Ice Skating championships. Close enough to downtown with a ten minute easy drive. Very clean and big enough for our needs. Ralph was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. The neighborhood was quiet but friendly. We loved our walk around looking at all the beautiful homes. I have a wedding to attend soon and hope to stay there again.

A group of us came for an Ohio St. football game. The rental was exactly what we wanted. Easy to get to and check in, close to the stadium, and enough sleeping space for us all. Two bathrooms/showers was also nice for getting ready. Would gladly recommend it to a friend.

Charming house
I stayed at this property while attending the AQHA Quarter Horse Congress. It was a very easy drive to the Ohio Expo Center. I had heard so much about bad neighborhoods, I was cautious when renting. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were never anxious about going in and out at all. I plan to rent this again next year for the show. House was clean and well stocked with supplies. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this charming property.

Son's senior trip
We stayed here for a few days on my son's senior trip because he wanted to try out some of the skateparks in the Columbus area. The listing was extremely accurate and we had no trouble at all. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and we had no issues with the home while there. The immediate neighborhood is wonderful and we had no issues. The town driving in to get to the neighborhood was a bit questionable, BUT we had no trouble with anything while here. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in the Columbus area.
