The first thing you will notice upon walking into this beautiful brick house is how bright and spacious it is. There is room for everyone in your family here! A small closet will be available for you to use, right next to the staircase.
Formal Dining Room-
To the left of the entry way is a formal dining room. This table can seat up to 6 and is the perfect space to create memories. Enjoy a home cooked meal together or grab something from a local restaurant near by! There is a China cabinet that adds the perfect touch of elegance to this space.
Formal Living Room-
When you walk into the house, to the right of the staircase is the formal living room. There is a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs that surround a fireplace to create a realxing atmosphere. This is a nice area for adults to utilize if you have children taking up the other living room space!
Dining Area/Desk space-
Off of the formal living room is another dining room for more seating space. This table can seat up to 4 people. There is a desk space available for any business that needs to get taken care of while traveling!
Living Room 2-
This living room is more laid back for you to unwind and relax. There is a sofa and 2 sofa chairs for everyone to be able to kick back and watch your favorite TV show or movie on the TV. The big windows give it the perfect amount of natural light making this room feel more open.
Kitchen-
When walking into the kitchen you’ll notice the modern white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is fully stocked for you to cook your favorite family meals. There is an island that had stools for more seating space. An added bonus is the window over the sink for you to have a nice view while cleaning the dishes.
Master Bedroom-
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. There will be clean, comfortable sheets for you to get a good nights sleep. This master bedroom has a tv for you to be able to step away and get some time to yourself. There is plenty of dresser space for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home.
Master Bathroom-
There is a bathroom right off of the master bedroom for you to have your own private space. This bathroom is bright and beautiful. There is a double sink vanity and a large mirror, which makes this bathroom feel even bigger than it already is. There is a jetted bathtub for you to use, as well as a glass shower.
Bedroom 2-
Bedroom 2 also has a queen size bed that also comes with clean sheets for your guests to sleep in. There are lamps on the end tables in case reading before bed is the preferred way to get a good nights sleep.
Bedroom 3-
In bedroom 3 you will find another queen bed with cozy sheets. There is an end table with a lamp in this room also. In this room, there is a dresser for you to put your clothes into and a rocking chair to relax in.
Bedroom 4-
Bedroom 4 has 2 double beds in this room. This is a perfect room for the kids to sleep together while having their own space.
Upstairs Bathroom-
There is a bathroom upstairs for the guests to use. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your bathing preference. There is beautiful counter tops and white cabinets for you to put away all your bathroom necessities.
Outside Area-
Out back you will find a spacious screened-in porch. There is outdoor furniture for you to use while enjoying the great outdoors, without being affected by the weather! You can enjoy the big fenced in back yard to have some fun with your family and/or friends!
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
