The Blooming Inn was great.
Very clean. Great old house.
Loved the motion sensor lights when you walk in later at night. Also the charging cords for phones and tablets is a nice touch.

Wonderful updated king room with a heating element in the bathroom that was cozy and perfect on a cold night.
The king bed was comfortable to sleep on. There was a refrigerator with a small freezer and Kureig coffee machine. They also provided some snacks which were appreciated.
I highly recommend staying at the Windmill Hotel.

I've traveled quite frequently the past several years and I can say in all honesty that this is without doubt one of the nicest places I have stayed. I was there for 2 nights and could not have asked for nicer accomodations. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The manager was very gracious, he even lent me his umbrella when it rained the day I had planned to do genealogy research in a local cemetery.

My husband and I have never stayed at a B&B. We were looking for a nearby weekend get-away and found The Centennial House on an on-line search. The Hosts Joan & Steve were very hospitable and knowledgable of the area and it's history and attractions. The surrounding area, the room and the breakfast were beautiful, comfortable and delicious!! Beautiful Vermont Inn with exceptional breakfast: changes everyday - we had frittata, fresh fruit, steel cut oats fried with maple syrup and pecans and always muffins or other baked goods. Large community room with a pool table, comfortable seatings and games to play; would be great for a family gathering. A deck with a view on Snow Mountain. Staff was very accommodating. Easy check-in; we are planning to return.

Really lovely. Innkeepers are friendly and the property has a smaller number of rooms so is quite peaceful. My 10 year old son really enjoyed the quiet and the multitude of board games. Charlie even had all the cars cleared of snow the morning after a big snowfall. Will be back for sure!!

It was a short stay but an awesome one. Newfane is a quaint area. The room itself was beautiful. It was nice and quiet; didn’t hear others. Very clean. Would loved to have stayed longer. A little pricey but then it again it was a last minute booking and also peak foliage season.

The hotel was beautiful. It was light and open and felt like we were in the past. The bar was gorgeous. Good drinks. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was excellent. Huge portions. The staff was warm and friendly. We loved it so much we stayed a second night.
