Located on the lower level of a Victorian home, this suite offers a calm retreat in the heart of the city. High ceilings and farmhouse-modern furnishings create an inviting atmosphere. Settle onto the plush sofa or an armchair in front of the 55” Smart TV, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and enjoy relaxed downtime after a day of adventure. The open layout keeps dining and lounging spaces connected.

Kitchen & dining
A remodeled kitchen with stone countertops and wood cabinetry provides all you need to prepare meals. Stainless steel appliances include a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses are also provided. Share your meals at the dining table for four or linger over coffee before stepping out to explore.

Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms ensure a restful stay. Each includes a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a dedicated window air conditioning unit. Soft lighting and simple details create a setting designed for comfort.

Bathrooms
Refresh in the main bathroom’s walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile. A convenient half bath sits off the living area. Both spaces are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, and other essentials.

This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.
