"This was our first visit to CO, so first visit to Colorado Springs, too. This property proved to be a great launchpad for exploring the local area and also driving further out, with good access to the mountains. The host was communicative and helpful, onsite (floor above) too, so very accessible. Perhaps a little unusual (but clearly stated in the listing), the hosts live in the 2nd floor and part of the VRBO is a share access corridor which is used to move between to spaces on the ground...

"We loved staying in this historic home during our trip to Colorado Springs. The casita and extra bedroom were perfect for our small family. The architecture is impressive. Both spaces are well designed. Caren was kind, professional and helpful with emails. Check-in/out procedures were clear. We feel privileged to have stayed in her home. The fenced yard was helpful since we brought our small dog. Everything was first class. We look forward to returning."

"Adorable small house, the women in my wedding party got ready here throughout the morning and my new husband and I stayed here after the wedding. Because it's so small, some amenities were hard to find in various nooks, but the hosts were perfect and helpful with everything!"
