"Everything was perfect just the thing is if you have any problem and you reported it the staff wasn’t really helpful plus the housekeeper refused to give us an extra water she said only 2 per room but we were 3 so. I believe would be too much better if they work a bite more in their guest services skills in this way instead they say no they could try to make it possible."

"We loved it here! The views, room, and building were beautiful! Loved having breakfast, restaurant, and bar option at hotel. Rooms had adjustable air conditioning (very important to us for sleeping in cold at night). Our room windows were directly next to a street/sidewalk. We had to keep them closed all the time for privacy, so lighting in room was eh. Staff were very friendly. We are from the U.S. and no staff spoke any English, so we had to fully communicate through Google Translate. This can be difficult sometimes, but communicating was manageable. For any first time visitors, I would recommend staying here because it is out of Central Antigua which can be very busy and loud. We were a 15-20 minute Uber and appreciated being out of the chaos. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend!"

"We had a wonderful time here. Staff was very welcoming made you feel right at home. Breakfast is delicious very organic and natural. Perfect for families . Close enough to the city center without being in the busy traffic. 5 min drive to the main plaza. Really good dinner place around the corner . The pool is amazing. The hot to. Was a plus!"

"This place has two parts, the hotel and a hostel, I stayed in the private room of the hostel part, it wasn’t very good, but the whole place is very nice, like an oasis with a lot of plants, the hotel Part would be very nice."
