Top Colmar Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia
8/10 Good
"We felt our stay was good. Our air conditioner made a weird noise all night though. It almost sounded like ocean waves. My kids compared it to a noise machine you use to sleep with. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was not as friendly as they could be either. But the room was clean."
Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast
8/10 Good
"During check in I witnessed a man walk into the lobby visibly intoxicated or mentally unstable. He was stumbling and talking to himself. He then asked one of the front desk staff if he could use the outlet to change his phone. That staff member agreed and then pointed him in the direction of the lobby sitting area. I witnessed the whole interaction and became infuriated because at that moment, I didn’t feel safe staying in that hotel with my children. I complained to the other staff member behind the desk and informed him of what had happened. He reprimanded the other employee and then asked the man in the lobby to leave. He was also communicating with someone via walkie talkie about the situation. This incident took a while to be resolved and delayed my check in process. The man did eventually leave the lobby, but then he lingered outside of the entrance for an hour before eventually leaving. Their facility’s were nice overall at this hotel but I definitely would not stay here again, knowing that the lobby is also for the public’s use and not just hotel guest!"

"I love staying at the Hilton on City Avenue!! One of my best choices of hotels. The staff are always kind & helpful. My room was perfect! My only dilemma was finding parking on the street. Take it from me…Please pay for parking or utilize valet."
