Spacious apartment with a large terrace and a private garage. Located 10 minutes walk from the Champ de Mars park, a true haven of peace in the center of Colmar.

The apartment is completely independent, for more tranquility during your stay.

You can enjoy a large living room with two sofas, including a sofa bed (140x200) with access to a large west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunset. A fully equipped and furnished kitchen where you can cook delicious meals. The accommodation also has a bedroom with a Queen size bed (180x200) with a wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink unit and a separate toilet.

The apartment is located on the first floor, on the ground floor, you have access to a private garage and a parking space as well as a cellar.

Thanks to its ideal location not far from the city center, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of the city during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.

All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, charges and WIFI connection) are included in the price.

We really enjoyed our two-week stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is huge, the shower fantastic, and the lounge very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or you can pop next door to the excellent Italian restaurant. The old town is a 15-minute walk away through a leafy neighborhood of beautiful early 1900s villas. There's even a bakery in the next block.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment, which is about 1 km from the old town- an easy walk. Whilst the property is near the train line, it is quiet, light and bright. We met the lovely owners, who in addition to being very helpful, had lived in Sydney for 7 years. I pointed out a problem with the shower, which he fixed by replacing a faulty part the same day. The private parking garage under the apartment is easy to get in and out of.

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Wohnung. Es hat alles gepasst. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Der Bahnhof ist aber ganz in der Nähe. Dank des kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom Bahnhof ist das Zentrum von Colmar bequem zu erreichen. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum beträgt ca. 30 Minuten. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich eine tolle Pizzeria. Zum nächsten Bäcker läuft man 5 Minuten. Die Betreuung von der Agentur vor Ort lief über Telefon und WhatsApp in deutsch völlig problemlos. Fazit: Die Wohnung in Colmar können wir weiter empfehlen.
