"Looks like an older hotel but don't let that fool you. I was worried about the smell of cigarettes since it is older and nothing! The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing. The breakfast buffet was filling and fresh and the little evening thing was nice after travel!"

"Staff was friendly and courteous. They wanted to make sure everything was good. Breakfast was served from 6 to 9 and was pretty well wiped out when I arrived at seven. But as soon as I arrived, it was replenished with an apology."

"The staff were friendly, professional and present the entire 3 day stay. The area is safe and quiet with plenty of dining, shopping and services close by. The lobby is comfortable and welcoming, and the breakfast had hot and cold selections. We had a small issue with our AC and it was resolved right away. I thought nothing of it, but after checkout I received a call from the hotel manager to ensure that we were happy with our stay. We will definitely stay at the Collinsville Hampton again!"
