"I don't recommend it at all, no communication with the owner, only by email, no phone. The description doesn't mention that it's in a basement with no windows. My wife and kids were scared to stay, so we had to leave the place and book another for the night. The owner didn't respond to me when I described the place by whatsapp. "

"Good property. Property management company was terrible with communication. Had to constantly contact them about billing and getting invoices so we coukd pay."

"Pros: very clean apartment, great location, and beautifully decorated. Cons: management moved my originally selected apartment to another one 30 minutes walking distance away. I had no other option but to accept it. Entering the building was confusing; I was supposed to use the intercom but it didn’t accept my suite number. "

"Host was not responsive, and misrepresented the property. Host did not clearly communicate with me when I asked several questions about their unit, dodged many questions, and didn't give me any check in instructions. Finally after many back and forth with Vrbo and trying to reach the host, I checked out the unit. Unit had many issues like AC not working, and a cockroach infestation. Cleanliness of the unit was not acceptable. Even though the host said everything was working and clean beforehand,...

"I would advise making guests’ stay a little more inviting. There were no wash rags for the shower only large and small towels. The cable was not accessible as there are multiple units, 3 remotes and only two outlets for the 3 cords (I never figured it out and just watched TV on my computer). I also have never stayed in a VRBO that did not provide coffee."

"The place is immaculate, with all brand-new appliances and furniture. The pictures do not do it justice. Mohammed is an incredible host and is always very friendly. The location is fantastic. It is a true gem in the city!"
