"Marie was fantastic, we sent our son for schooling and he spent 11 days. The location is in a very nice neighbourhood, very clean and easy to access the amenities you would need and location is perfect for planning your day trips. Communication was excellent, the basement suite is a great size, bigger than most and with all the amenities. Very clean! Great parking right on driveway, seperate and secure entrance. Highly recommend for business or pleasure. We plan to stay again! Thx Marie"

"Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old."

"The host was very nice and friendly. The wifi worked perfectly fine. The room was clean and bedsheet was clean. However, I found strands of hair in the shower and basin. Also, there was a TV in the ad but there was no Tv when I got the room. The first night, my room was cold at night and I messaged the host to turn on the central heating but I got no response. Overall, I enjoyed my stay cos it was quiet and I had my privacy."

"A well-located, nice apartment with a few minor repairs that should be completed...kitchen sink tap fell off, tub drain broken and unable to divert water from shower to tub. Odd layout where tv cannot be viewed from bedroom or main sofa. "

"Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains...

"I LOVE staying at these places! They are amazing for traveljng w a baby/toddler...I can put him to bed and go to the other room to watch TV without waking him. Love the kitchen area too. This particular location I wish had more within walking distance in terms of food/coffee but lots just a short drive away. My only complaint (and for the pri e I dont expect it to be perfect!) is that it took forever for the hot water to come for a hot shower."
