It is not a private accommodation, which I suspected due to the price, but it wasn't clear from the listing, so you may be sharing the bathroom and open area. The host is pleasant and the place is generally clean, except the microwave and toaster oven. There is a "kitchenette" listed, but don't count on cooking anything. It was nice that there was a desk/chair...

"Stayed here for while visiting Toronto and seeing Lady Gaga. We asked for a high floor a few weeks in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be booked on the top floor! We booked a suite and it had two rooms and a very very comfortable bed and pillows! Small fridge and microwave, quiet rooms and just nice all around. Free parking. The area is industry coupled with airport action as it is very close by. But it’s about 25 ish minutes to Toronto "
