"This is an airport hotel with an every 30 min shuttle to the airport. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff are excellent. The dinner menu and bar scene are pretty good, especially the wings. I remember my previous stay seeing people not staying at the hotel who dropped by for takeout wings. The breakfast menu is a different story, however. Unfortunately, I found out only after ordering that most of the items seem to be frozen/microwaved when I saw another guy complaining about the rubbery pancakes. My biscuits were the same, although amazingly the bacon was pretty good. My recommendation is to skip the breakfast until they step up the quality a bit. How hard is it to cook some Pillsbury dough boy biscuits?? Lol. Overall, the place is decent but nothing fancy at all. Just all the necessities needed for an airport overnight stay."

"We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The staff here are absolutely amazing. The only, and I mean the only, thing that we were disappointed with was the size of the bathroom. The width of the bathroom door couldn't have been more than 22 inches wide. And you couldn't get into the shower if the door was open. It was very small and really needed updated for such a beautiful hotel."

"Booked this hotel because a outside pool was advertised. The pool was filled in and not even a pool anymore. They do have an indoor one but wasnt same when you want to get sun and enjoy outside. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast included was amazing! There was a very large family staying while we were there and they decided to utilize pool area and keep outside door open and utilize that space as well, all about having a good time and the more the merrier however, they were playing inappropriate music, had underage kids drinking and made it very hard for anyone to use the pool or other spaces because they were very unwelcoming and werent being appropriate for young kids or families. The hotel security went by lots but did nothing. Was disappointed as we didnt get to enjoy the pool area for an entire night of our stay because of it.. obviously didnt go complain because felt it would make situation worse but hotel staff knew and overlooked it at cost of all other guests and yes multiple families voiced their opinion and same feelings to us as we passed in elevators and such."
