"Nice clean rooms !"

"Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background."

"We were excited to visit Branson, but was very disappointed with our room at the Best Western, the first room we were given was very wet and musty, we spoke with the daytime person on duty the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to a different room, and had a dehumidifier in the room for us, it made a difference for us, however still on the low end of what we had expected… Good breakfast, accommodating workout room…unless Best Western has some major upgrades in that facility, we...

"CLEAN, SAFE. CLOSE TO DIFFERENT FOOD OPTIONS AND WAL MART."

"Nice stay. Excellent Value"

"Our room was a one room studio, the only drawback in the room was no door to separate the bathroom/washroom from the bedroom. If my wife was sleeping while I was getting ready I had to try and use as little light as possible from the shower area to use the sink because there was no door to separate the sink from the bed area. "Room needed to be dusted. Smelled old, could not use the heater because it had not been serviced in 6 months and had alot of lint in it and made it smell like is was burning up. Light in Shower was blinking off and on. They have people living there long stays with dogs. Was up one night for 2 hours because of dog excessive barking and when calling the front desk the night gentlemen sounded put out to take care of the issue. Will not be back."

"We had a room on the top floor and getting up there could definitely be a challenge for some, there is an elevator but only on one side of the building. The top balcony was extremely slanted and made everyone feel dizzy as they walked to and from the room. The room smelled musty and mildew-y when we first opened the door, it was much worse in the bathroom. We went swimming in the pool, which looks MUCH nicer online than in person. After we showered and smelled our swimsuits, they all smelled...

"Sales agent at desk was an asset."

"Only thing negative was some staff were not friendly. Some would not speak when spoken to."
