"Staff was great. Room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the balcony. However, I was disappointed with many things. 1) The decor. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The moment I walked into the lobby I felt a worn out 80’s vibe. My room had a picture of kittens on the wall. Walking out of my room there was a creepy doll picture staring at me. Whatever, I thought. I am only here to sleep. 2) Speaking of dolls. They are everywhere. They even sell them in the gift shop. 3) The bed. Hard. Huge hump in the mattress that was not comfortable at all. I did not sleep the best for the two nights I was there. 4) The 10 lbs comforter. I was flipping the comforter on and off throughout the night. Hot, then cold. It’s April. Need a lighter comforter. Oh, and I feel I need to mention the stain on the comforter which told me this has not been washed for some time. 5) The bathroom is as big as my small coat closet. A bigger person will have trouble maneuvering around in it. Also, make sure to bring your own bath soap when staying. The bath soap they provide in the shower smells God awful. 6) The free breakfast and coffee. The breakfast did not look appealing to me. Opted for the coffee which was very weak. Walked next door to Denny’s which I am not sure was much better. I am not one to complain on social media about my experiences, but feel as though this needs to be said. The outside of the hotel looks amazing. Inside is a different story."

"Pros: - Location was where I needed - The price was very competitive - The room was clean - The motel was not busy and was quiet overall Cons: - The front desk was smoky and caused a headache. When I asked for extra towels, they came from the smoky front desk room. -I asked for an accessible room and received one, but some things would be issues for people with different abilities. - The bedframe was not secured to the wall/floor and would move across the floor with the slightest nudge. A wheelchair user may find transfers unreliable. - The 'nightstands' were glass and metal. They were unstable and insufficient for things like a CPAP. - The outlet by the bed was just on one side, so a CPAP and other devices would need to be on a specific side of the bed or need an extension cord. - The bathroom floor was steeply slanted up to get to the shower/toilet almost immediately after entering the bathroom. There are no visual cues to show this. -The showerhead was low, which would make sense for a wheelchair user, but was not easily functional for standing users. - The showerhead was handheld with no high mount, and the vertical sliding mount provided was not ideal. It would frequently, quickly slide to the lowest setting on the mount. This would cause the head to fall off the mount and hit the shower floor. Again, fine for some people (even if startling), but problematic if bending/reaching the floor would be an issue. - The water pressure was lackluster."

"Staff excellent, courteous and helpful. Great breakfast. Nice clean relaxing area. Rooms clean and great beds."

"The room were clean and well stocked, Breakfast bar had everything you needed for a good breakfast. The staff was excellent a fixing a couple problems we had in the room but was repaired immediately. Nice people at desk and breakfast crew did a great job. Maintenance was helpful and considerate. Great place to stay close to the Branson Strip."

"Room was comfortable but could have been deep cleaned there was a musty smell. AC was either too hot or freezing cold. Hot tub in the pool area would not come on, there was a broken window in the pool area and a sign sayng to "STAY AWAY". But nothing blocking off the area even with children playing in the pool area. Staff was helpful and pleasant."

"Fantastic stay, the house was equipped with everything. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and trash bags. The communication was excellent. We had a great stay. "
